E is the Social Media Consultant for Heights and Minds Foundation. They are currently in the last semester of study at Deakin University with a Bachelor of Nutrition Science, and completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2018 at Curtin University. 

E's background in nutrition and public health, with practical experience in food science education and food relief programs drew them to Heights and Minds Foundation, where as part of their Nutrition Science study exchange hosted by International Medical University, where they completed a 7-week placement with Heights and Minds Foundation, and has stayed on the team since, combining their Fine Arts experience with passion for nutrition and public health advocacy.

E's previous volunteering experience focused on improving food security and nutrition literacy among marginalised communities. She is particularly committed to supporting the LGBTQ+ population through their advocacy work. E aims to contribute to public health policy and advocacy, bringing innovative, globally-informed solutions to local health challenges including Maternal and Childhood Nutrition
